Norfolk to Kent
We’re on the move again. Time to leave Norfolk and get closer to Europe (post Brexit thinking). Elizabeth was going to The Great British Sewing Bee and Jacqueline was keen to go also. As we had to do the M25 anyway it wasn’t a big deal as it was at ExCel, next to London City Airport. We managed to get Jac there oneish and made our way on to the ACSI discounted camp. We arrived to a park full of massive static caravans only to be told that the don’t accept tandem axle caravans! We stayed put in front of their office while using their free WiFi and found Sandwich Lakes at £19/night. That’ll do nicely, lots of space and a casual friendly welcome.
Had our first BBQ, one episode of The Simpsons then into the lovely town of Sandwich to collect a happy, post sewing show Jacqueline.
Canterbury Cathedral tomorrow.
