The door catch that holds the door open is completely worn out. It was completely worn out when we purchased the Giantavan. To be fair the Giantavan was fourteen years old when we bought it from Natalie and Mike. The difference being that I replaced the door catch prior to
setting off on this trip in September and have worn it out since then. Today is day three hundred and thirty four, we lived in the Giantavan for three weeks before departing at Jago & Lucy's and had a couple of weeks away in it over the previous four months, about a full years wear and tear in total. Assuming most caravans get used for about four weeks per year we have done thirteen years wear and tear. In effect the Giantavan has doubled its age since we bought it and we are still going with twenty seven years of use. No wonder the

Children evicted from Giantavan while Jac did some sorting, both of us motivated by tomorrows arrival of the AP*. Later in the afternoon the kids and I moved to the pool leaving Jacqueline to carry on (we share the burden).
